In the event that a shipment does not arrive 15 days after the order is processed, please notify us.  A Lost
Shipment report with the shipper will be filed.  It may take up to ten (10) days for a resolution of the lost
shipment.  A replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

Please be advised that transportation companies charge extra for change of address deliveries.  These
charges range from $20.00 - $40.00 depending on both the shipment and the transporting company.  You
are responsible for these fees.

Claims for Damages

U.P.S
If your shipment arrives damaged, please keep the damaged merchandise, packing and box.  You must
notify me by phone or email within 3 days to have your claim filed.  We will notify you with instructions and
return authorization.  
After 3 days your claim will not be accepted

Truck
If your shipment arrives damaged, accept the merchandise and have the freight bill endorsed by the
transportation company's driver, notarizing the damage.
 WITHOUT THE SIGNATURE YOUR CLAIM
WILL BE INVALID !
  You must notify me within 24 hours advising me of the damages and within that same
time frame you must submit a copy of your bill of lading receipt notarizing the damages.

If, when you unpack the items you notice concealed damaged,
do not destroy the case, carton or package.  
Call the transporting company and notify them of the damage.  Request an inspection.  Once the inspector
comes to your location, he/she will give you an inspection report.  Please send me a copy of the report ASAP
so we can process your claim.  We will then notify you and give you instructions and return authorization.

Our merchandise is properly packed and has been accepted by the transporting company in good condition.
 Therefore, any breakage is not our responsibility.  
Do not return the shipment to us unless you have advised us of the matter and we have given you the
authorization and shipping instructions to do so.

The freight bill with the agent's notation of damage(s) report is your basis for claim against the transportation
company.  If you comply with the above instructions, you can depend on our cooperation in assisting you to
file a claim and collect on it.
RESTOCK FEE: There is a 20% restocking fee on all orders
Returns are welcome provided you pay the return shipping cost.  Once we have received the product and
have determined it is in excellent resalable condition, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the
product you returned minus the 15% restocking fee.
Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous 48 United States
